Our main objective is to turn "T-shaped" into a metaphor used to describe an ideal engineer. Are you a T-Shaped engineer? What's your T-Score? should be the question every corporate company asks their candidates in the near future. Our concept on T Shaped simply implies that our trainees should be able to adapt to learning and applying knowledge acquired across disciplines (this denotes the top of the T) and go deeper into understanding concepts in a single field (this denotes the stem of the T). The T Shaped engineer program has been designed and implemented by experienced IT experts who have had prior work exposure with companies like IBM and WIPRO. This program is an active part of a trainee's four-year engineering course, and shall surely make every participating trainee ready for recruitment.
