Refund Policy


Cancellation :

Our policy allows you to request for cancellation based on the following criteria: If you wish to cancel an instructor led training that you opted for, you can request for the same within the first 5 classes. If you wish to cancel an online recorded training or course, you can do so only if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the entire course. If you fail to request for a cancellation within the timeline mentioned unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being cancelled and a disclaimer for the same may pop up at the time of purchase.

Refunds 5 days :

Once your cancellation is raised, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 to 12 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Merchandise items :

Refunds will be approved only if you receive the product in a damaged condition and if there is a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a refund you need to provide a complete unboxing/unpacking video of the product received.

Exchanges :

Unfortunately since a majority of our merchandise is custom made, we will not be able to offer any exchanges once purchased.
